Victor Moldovan
ASID, Partner, MFA Interior Design
With over 35 years of experience designing residential and commercial interiors, Victor Moldovan brings a deep passion and refined eye to every project. His interest in interior design was sparked early in life, inspired by the grandeur of historic hotels and department stores in New York and Philadelphia. That lifelong fascination led him to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Georgian Court University, laying the foundation for a successful career that began with a renowned home furnishings company.
In 2024, Victor partnered with Shannon Fox and Therese Ashworth to form MFA Interior Design – a natural evolution of the award-winning Moldovan Interior Design firm. Together, this talented team offers clients a collaborative approach rooted in creativity, expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Victor is known for his hands-on approach and personalized attention to detail throughout the design process. His extensive industry knowledge enables seamless coordination with manufacturers, contractors, and design partners to deliver exceptional results with efficiency and style.
Based in Atlanta, Victor shares his life with his spouse, Del. They also spend much of their time in a second home in Philadelphia’s vibrant arts district – an inspiring place that marked the beginning of his creative journey.
Shannon Fox
Partner, MFA Interior Design
With over 30 years of experience in interior design, Shannon brings a timeless blend of creativity, functionality, and attention to detail to every space she transforms. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the American College of Applied Arts, combining formal education with decades of hands-on expertise across residential and commercial projects.
Her design portfolio spans the Eastern Seaboard where she has created stunning spaces from cozy coastal retreats to sophisticated urban interiors. Shannon is known for translating her clients’ visions into beautifully curated environments that reflect both elegance and purpose. Projects have been featured in Luxury Interiors Atlanta and Design New Jersey.
Her approach is rooted in thoughtful collaboration, a keen eye for spatial harmony, and a deep understanding of how design can elevate everyday life.
Outside of work, Shannon continues to enjoy the art of good living with her husband and daughter. Enjoying the culinary and music scene in her hometown of Atlanta, the peace and tranquility of the North Carolina mountains to the cultural enrichment of travel.
Therese Ashworth
Partner, MFA Interior Design
Therese graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta. Her passion for all aspects of design has driven her success across both residential and commercial projects.
With over 15 years of experience in the design industry, Therese brings a well-trained eye for detail, quality, and the ability to create harmonious spaces that balance functionality with aesthetics. She approaches every project with a deep understanding of space planning, carefully analyzing structure, circulation, and scale to unlock the full potential of each room.
From concept to completion, her process is collaborative and client-focused – ensuring every space she designs feels both curated and deeply personal.
Therese stays busy in her time away from the office with her husband, three daughters and their border collie, Penny. She enjoys attending the girls’ sporting events, family gatherings, and traveling.
Susan Scott
Business Manager, MFA Interior Design
The business manager position at MFA Interior Design is ideally suited to Susan’s interest and talents. Her relationships with the manufacturer customer service teams ensure that your orders will be given attention to detail and production priority for a timely delivery of your project.
Susan is a graduate of the Design and Merchandising major at Drexel University. She brings her logistical expertise from her career at Macy’s launching prestige cosmetics and fragrances. Highlights included planning personal appearance with Elizabeth Taylor, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Cher.
Scheduling and guiding you thorough the installation phase of your project is so very rewarding. She shares in the joy you experience in transforming your space to meet your changing needs.
Time away from managing the accounting and office operations is generally spent outdoors. Favorites include tennis, golf, kayaking and hiking with family and friends.
